Ranchi, May 26: The Raj Bhawan today issued a notification handing over charge of the vice chancellor of Kolhan University, Chaibasa to Divisional Commissioner Manoj Kumar. The incumbent VC, Gangadhar Panda, retires on May 27. Pro VC Kamini Kumar is also slated to retire tomorrow.
