New Delhi, July 17: Preparations for the Lok Sabha elections to be held in 2024 are going on in full swing. To unite the opposition parties and remove the Modi government from power, the opposition parties are meeting and preparing a strategy. In this series, a two-day unity meeting of the top leaders of the opposition parties is going to be held in Bengaluru from 17th July. In which a total of 24 political parties are expected to participate.
There was talk of NCP chief Sharad Pawar’s participation in this meeting as well. But now news is coming that Sharad Power will not participate in this meeting. However, on the second day, Sharad Pawar will participate in the July 18 meeting. NCP spokesperson Mahesh Taapsee gave this information by tweeting.
The opposition parties are continuously meeting to unite the opposition parties and remove the Modi government from power. Earlier on June 23, a meeting of opposition parties was held in Patna. In which a total of 17 political parties participated. Here the ruling BJP is also trying to save its power. Regarding this, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has called a meeting in Delhi on Tuesday, 18 July. According to sources, 19 parties have agreed to attend the NDA meeting. BJP National President JP Nadda has written a letter to NDA allies inviting them to attend the meeting. New allies like Ajit Pawar-led NCP faction and Jitan Ram Manjhi’s Hindustani Awam Morcha will attend the meeting.
