Three IPS Officers from Jharkhand Cadre Empanelled in IG Rank at Centre

Ranchi: Three IPS officers from the 2006 batch of the Jharkhand cadre have been empanelled for the Inspector General (IG) rank at the Centre. The officers include Bokaro Zonal IG Michael Raj S, IG Training A Vijaya Lakshmi, and Anoop T Mathew, who is currently serving on central deputation.

71 IPS Officers Empanelled Nationwide for IG Rank

The Cabinet Appointments Committee of the Central Government considered empanelment for IG and equivalent posts for 2006 batch IPS officers across the country. A total of 71 IPS officers from various states were empanelled, including these three officers from Jharkhand.
