New Delhi: Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, hit back at PM Modi over his announcement to set up fast-track courts to ensure strict punishment for those involved in paper leak cases, calling the move an attempt to cover up the collapse of the country’s education system.
Rahul Gandhi Holds PM Directly Responsible
In a post on X, Rahul Gandhi alleged that the Prime Minister himself was responsible for destroying the country’s education system and damaging the futures of its youth. He wrote that it was the PM who had caused the greatest harm to the future of the country’s young people, accusing him of not only allowing the education system to be captured and ruined but of actively encouraging it.
Gandhi Alleges Protection Given to Those Responsible
Gandhi further alleged that the Prime Minister had extended protection to everyone responsible for the collapse of the system. Reiterating his demand, Rahul Gandhi called on the PM to immediately remove Dharmendra Pradhan from his ministerial post, apologise to students, and ensure action against those responsible for violence against student protesters.
