New Delhi: BJP president Nitin Naveen announced the party’s long-awaited new organisational team on Monday, naming former Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje as national vice-president, alongside Odisha’s Baijayant Jay Panda and Ram Madhav, who have also been given the same position.
Smriti Irani Returns to BJP Organisation as General Secretary
As widely anticipated, former Union Minister Smriti Irani has been brought back into the BJP organisational fold, appointed as national general secretary. Former Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat has also been named a party vice-president.

BJP has appointed 13 vice-presidents, 8 national general secretaries and 16 national secretaries, with Deepak Mhaske named social media convenor, while Amit Malviya has been dropped from his previous role.
The vice-presidents include Vasundhara Raje Scindia, Tirath Singh Rawat, Ram Madhav, Baijayant Jay Panda, D. Purandeswari, Rekha Verma, Varsha Ben Narendrabhai Doshi, Bharati Pravin Pawar, Manpreet Singh Badal, Lal Singh Arya, Prof. M. Nagaraj, Prof. Tariq Mansoor and Dr. Madhuchandra Kar.
The national general secretaries include Vinod Tawde, Sunil Bansal, Biplab Kumar Deb, Smriti Irani, Satish Poonia, Gajendra Patel, Harish Dwivedi and Sanjay Bhatia.
The national secretaries include Kavita Patidar, K. Surendran, Bhola Singh, Dr. Pradeep Verma, Jagdish Ishwarbhai Patel, Dr. Sandeep Pathak, Phangnon Konyak, Sangeeta Yadav, Anil Antony, Dr. M. Venkatesan, Manoj Tigga, Siddharth Shambhu, Dr. Swadesh Singh, Mrigangka Deb Burman, Rohan Gupta and Jai Prakash.
Key Organisational and Financial Roles Assigned
B.L. Santhosh has been named national general secretary (organisation), with Shivprakash and Saudan Singh appointed national co-general secretaries (organisation). Piyush Goyal has been given charge as national treasurer, with Rajesh Mangal as co-treasurer. Tarun Chugh has been made national office in-charge, Mahendra Pandey office secretary, Sambit Patra Northeast convenor, Rajiv Babbar Northeast co-convenor, Vishnu Dutt Sharma cell cluster convenor, and Rituraj Sinha and Vishnu Vardhan Reddy have been made cell cluster co-convenors.
Front Organisation Leadership Announced
Hemang Joshi will head the Yuva Morcha, Roop Kumari Chaudhary the Mahila Morcha, Amarpal Maurya the OBC Morcha, Bansilal Gurjar the Kisan Morcha, Shivesh Kumar Ram the SC Morcha, Mannalal Rawat the ST Morcha, and Kunwar Basit Ali the Minority Morcha.
Media and Social Media Teams Named
Anil Baluni will serve as media convenor, with Usha Agarwal, Pradeep Bhandari and Siddharth Yadav as co-convenors. Deepak Mhaske will head social media, supported by co-convenors Preeti Gandhi, Shivanand Dwivedi, Alok Bhatt and Arun Yadav.

BJP president Nitin Naveen took to X to congratulate the newly appointed office-bearers of the party’s national team, writing that this team, rich in experience and energy, would give the organisation fresh momentum under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi.
