Ranchi: A wave of joy swept through selected JSSC-CGL aspirants after the Jharkhand High Court stayed the government’s decision to cancel the examination, with newly appointed officers, who had been protesting continuously outside Project Bhavan for four days, emotionally kissing the ground upon hearing the news.
Aspirants Sing National Anthem in Celebration
Following the announcement, all the aspirants came together to sing the national anthem in unison, expressing their joy and gratitude. Outside the main gate of the Secretariat, the protesters celebrated jubilantly, hugging one another and exchanging congratulations.
Relief Visible After Days of Protest Over Job Security
Having spent several nights on the streets protesting for the security of their appointments, the relief was clearly visible on the faces of these employees. Aspirants described the ruling as a victory of truth and years of hard work.
Aspirants Express Gratitude to Judiciary
The protesting aspirants expressed their gratitude toward the judiciary, stating that they had been selected purely on merit and had been working with full dedication and sincerity. They said the court’s order had lifted the uncertainty that had been looming over their careers due to what they described as a one-sided decision. Amid the singing of the national anthem, the aspirants expressed hope that their rights would continue to be protected going forward.
