Ranchi: The CID has made a significant revelation in the JPSC-JSSC examination irregularities and scam case, uncovering that Manoj Kumar Tiwari alias Abhay Tiwari, TDPL’s marketing manager and the alleged mastermind behind the scandal, had helped not only his brother, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law and wife take the exam through manipulation, but also his own father.

Investigation Reveals Father Appeared for JPSC FRO, ACF Exams in 2024

CID’s investigation found that Abhay Tiwari’s father, Sukhdev Tiwari, had appeared for the JPSC FRO and ACF PT examinations conducted through TDPL in 2024. The investigating agency is now examining whether the father also took the exam relying on Abhay Tiwari’s alleged manipulation, and whether he was given any undue advantage during the examination process.

Tiwari Allegedly Charged Candidates Between Rs 5-25 Lakh

According to the allegations, Abhay Tiwari would assure candidates of selection by manipulating the examination system, with CID’s investigation revealing that Rs 5 lakh was reportedly charged for helping candidates pass the preliminary exam, while amounts ranging from Rs 10 to 25 lakh were taken for securing final selection.

CID Examining Records of Family Members’ Exam Participation

CID is now scrutinising the examination and selection records of Abhay Tiwari’s father, wife, brother and other relatives, while also working to determine how many candidates may have benefited through Tiwari’s alleged influence over the examination process.
