Ranchi, Oct.9:  Go Airways passengers suffer due to frequent problems of cancellation and rescheduling of flight.

A regular passenger of Go Airways told this to Lagatar 24.com.

“On October 8 the Delhi flight scheduled to take off from Birsa Munda Airport at 7.30am took off at 10.55am. Today the flight remained cancelled,” the passenger said, expressing his concern over the deficiency in service from the operator.

Another passenger supported the fact saying he has been observing the problem since the corona pandemic broke in the country.

“It seems that the flight takes off only when the operator finds that it has a sufficient number of passengers,” the passenger said.

Manager of Go Airways, Sushil Kumar Singh, admitted the problem partially saying it is due to networking planning.

“Passenger flow is less due to Covid-19 protocol and thus networking planning gets affected. It is not only Go Airways but also all operators are suffering,” Singh said.

Singh, however, said that service is not bad and every day Go Airways aeroplanes take four to five flights every day for different destinations.

Regarding the Delhi flight, Singh said: “Delhi bound flight is likely to remain affected for four more days and passengers are being informed regarding this.”
