Ranchi, Nov.1: Labour minister Satyanand Bhokta will inaugurate the first resource and migration and support centre in Ranchi.
It will be run by India’s leading job aggregator; Temasek backed GoodWorker Technologies Private Limited in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
With the inauguration, the minister will handover offer letters to 50 candidates across various
sectors, which have been provided jobs via the GoodWorker platform.
GoodWorker has recently signed an MoU with both the department of employment and training (DET) and Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society (JSLPS) to provide meaningful employment opportunities for the youth of Jharkhand.
GoodWorker will bring local and migration jobs across sectors and geographies for the youth of Jharkhand. In addition to this GoodWorker is also building Migrant Support Centres across the country, the first launch in this series will be a Migrant Support centre in Tirupur which will be inaugurated shortly.
GoodWorker has signed MoUs with the Department of Employment & Training and JSLPS to bring job opportunities to the youth of Jharkhand. GoodWorker will work hand in hand with all state bodies to ensure compliant migration and leverage technology, both in the government ecosystem and GoodWorker platform, to provide employment to the youth of Jharkhand.
