Ranchi, Dec.3: Having failed to pay wages for the last seven months, the HEC management is now trying to bring its workers into action with the help of an appeal which was made today evening after a meeting in HEC headquarters at Dhurwa.
The appeal signed by director (finance) Arundhati Panda, director (personnel) M.K.Saxena and director (marketing and production) Rana S Chakraborthy urged the workers to maintain industrial peace saying that the company is passing through a tough phase and maintaining strict discipline is a must at this time.
The three top officials of the company warned the workers against dire consequences in case of non-performance of work saying that money comes only when ordered materials are supplied to customers on time.
The company also urged its workers not to come under the influence of any misleading information saying that production of the company remained badly affected during the lockdown and in case of any strike continuing production will reduce further.
