Raiway officials inspect Koderma-Hazaribagh-Ranchi via Barkakana project

Ramgarh: A team of railway officials inspected the tunnel, cut and cover, major bridge, minor bridge, station building, curve, rail line etc. of the under-construction Koderma-Hazaribagh-Ranchi via Barkakana rail project.

The inspection team included CAO Hajipur Dinesh Kumar, Chief Engineer SK Singh, Deputy CE Bikesh Kumar, Deputy CEE Om Shankar, Deputy CSTE Suman Lal, Deputy ASTE Amit Kumar, AK Singh etc.

During the inspection, they took stock of rail tunnels, ROB etc. being built in Sidhwar, Hehal, and Baridih. The officials directed the representatives of the construction company to complete the project at the earliest.

The biggest challenge in this project was directed to finish the work of the 1,750-meter cut and cover (artificial tunnel) before the rainy season.  After this, the team of officers reached Sidhwar station by motor trolley from Hehal station.

The officials also took stock of the Dadidag, Hehal and Sidhwar station buildings and gave several directions.

On the occasion IOW Avinash Kumar, NS Hansda, Mitesh Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Construction Company Director Suraj Prasad, Max Onicorn MD Amit Patel, PM DP Singh, Sanjeev Kumar and others were present.
