Ranchi, May 26: The situation of some leaders of Jharkhand’s ruling JMM and opposition BJP is in bad shape due to the ongoing actions of the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Meanwhile, independent MLA Saryu Roy is fighting the battle openly. The latest case is that Saryu Roy made two tweets on Thursday. In his latest move, Saryu Roy via Twitter challenged BJP leader Babulal Marandi.
Roy said, “Look at your old statements and ask the ED and PM Narendra Modi to investigate Prem Prakash’s corruption.”
Earlier, former CM Babu Lal Marandi, while addressing Chief MinisterHemant Soren at 8.29 pm on Wednesday, said, “Chief Minister Hemant Soren, after the raid by @dir_ed, people are discussing the exploits of many of your big and small tainted officials-middlemen. Why haven’t you taken any action till now? Why are you so afraid? Are you afraid of them opening their mouths?”

War of statements starts between leaders
It is noteworthy that after the arrest of IAS officer Pooja Singhal, BJP leaders started getting upset when the question of Pooja Singhal’s clean chit in Raghubar Das’s government started arising. So, will Pooja Singhal’s corruption in the Raghubar government also be investigated? BJP state president and MP Deepak Prakash had to say that he demands a probe into the entire tenure of Pooja Singhal.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the ED raided the premises of Prem Prakash Srivastava, a close aide of the state government and took him into custody. After this, once again the statement war has started between the leaders of different parties.
Saryu Roy tweets
Saryu Roy did two tweets on Thursday at 6.52 am and 7.15 am. In the first tweet, he wrote, “After taking Prem Prakash into custody, ED should also interrogate former CM, his chief secretary, OSD, press cum political advisor. Also, check the papers of investment in immovable property found from Varanasi’s location of Prem and papers of eggs in schools and supply of ready-to-eat food in Anganwadi.”

Roy did not stop here. He made another tweet 23 minutes later. This tweet tagged Babulal Marandi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. While addressing Babulal Marandi, Saryu Rai wrote, “@youBabulal look at your statements given about corruption by CMO of the former government, ask ED to investigate them too. Tell PM @narendramodi about Prem Prakash’s partnership with the famous three R’s in that regime in the egg-liquor-ready-to-eat food supply business.”

Marandi alleged Raghubar government of corruption
It is noteworthy that Babulal Marandi was the head of the Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (JVM) party till the assembly elections. He was in opposition in Raghubar Das’s government. He had made many allegations of corruption against the Raghubar government. After the election, he joined the BJP. The BJP has made him the leader of the legislature party.
Now it becomes an uncomfortable situation for them when they attack the corrupt people in the present government. Because they are the same people who were powerful even in the Raghubar government and Babulal himself used to accuse those people of corruption. Most of the powerful people facing the charges of corruption in the Hemant government are those who were also important in the Raghubar government. Be it Pooja Singhal, Vishal Chaudhary or Prem Prakash.
