Ramgarh, Jan 30: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced that it will not contest the Ramgarh by-election that is likely to be held on February 27.

State Vice President, Sachchidanand Pandey, in a meeting at Ramgarh, said that over 2.5 lakh workers of the Aam Aadmi Party are working unitedly in the state of Jharkhand. The organisation is also growing rapidly in Ramgarh. By-elections are also going to be held in Ramgarh. The workers are eager to contest the elections, but the AAP needs to prepare for the 2024 elections on 81 Vidhan Sabhas.

Aam Aadmi Party has to stand against two national political parties for the benefit of the people. Arvind Kejriwal’s next mission is to stop alternative politics in Jharkhand. The initiative will be driven by workers to keep Aam Aadmi Party leaders busy for 2024. The party will remain neutral in the by-election, Pandey added.
