Hazaribag, July 11: An engineering student who went missing on July 8 between Koderma and Hazaribag was found in Gaya of Bihar last night making his relatives as well as police to heave a sigh of relief. Munindra Jha(18) went to meet his sister in New Delhi and later boarded a train to Koderma to return to his house in Massipiddi of Hazaribag town.

His father Sanjay Jha left for Gaya after getting information about Munindra’s recovery near Manpur station in Gaya. He brought his son back to Hazaribag making relatives cry as they had lost hope after the recovery of a beheaded body in the Padma area on Sunday. They said they got a call from the police to see the beheaded body so as to confirm that it was not Munindra. But the family said it was not the body of Munindra.

Munindra’s father Sanjay Jha praised the police for taking the missing case of his son seriously. This was the reason why the gang which had kidnapped and drugged Munindra left him in Manpur of Gaya.

Munindra has secured a good rank in JEE mains and Advanced. Before taking admission in any college, he went to meet his sister living in Delhi when he went missing from the Barhi area between Hazaribag and Koderma.
