New Delhi, March 3: Former India bowler Abey Kuruvilla to be appointed as the General Manager of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), according to the sources.

His nomination came just a few weeks after his term as a member of the national selection committee came to an end. After Dhiraj Malhotra resigned a few months earlier, the position of BCCI GM was left empty.
