Ranchi, Jan 31: Ranchi Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan directed the Treasury in charge to issue a show-cause notice to the Sub Registrar, DEO and DSE on being absent in the virtual review meeting of Grievance Redressal Cell today.
Ranchi DC has decided to honour the officers of the concerned department, who have fully executed all the complaints in the grievance redressal cell with a citation.
During the virtual meeting, the DC reviewed the complaints received in the grievance redressal cell department-wise and inquired about the complaints received from the officials of the concerned department and their execution.
The DC asked for disposal of pending cases at the earliest and also praised the officials of the concerned department for speedy disposal of complaints.
Reviewing the complaints received related to the food supply, the DC directed the District Supply Officer to prepare a list of the complainant, the point of complaint and the execution of the complaints.
While reviewing the area-wise execution of complaints related to land in the cell, the DC inquired about the pending cases from the concerned CO. While directing the speedy disposal of complaints, the DC directed the Circle Officers to make the report available related to the execution to the Additional Collector along with the copy to the Cell in-charge. The Deputy Commissioner also directed the Circle Officers to send a list of the complainant and the points related to the complaint.
During the review of the complaints received at the level of Block Development Officer, DC directed the cell in charge to send reminders to the low performing BDOs.
District level officers, civil surgeon, labour superintendent, LDM Ranchi, all the block development officers/zonal officers of the district and other concerned officers were present in the meeting.
