Army Public School student gets second place in Int’l letter writing contest

Ranchi, April 13: Army Public School today honoured Master Dawar Yakub for getting second place in the International Letter Writing Competition.

Yakub, a class X student of the school, had participated in the “International Letter Writing for Young People’s 2022” competition. He in his letter had written his suggestions and ideas on “Causes and Remedies for the Climate Crisis”. The event was organized by the ‘Army Postal Service’. His expression was found commendable and extremely effective.

This writing competition is done with the aim of creating awareness among young people about postal services and teaching them how to use them.

Principal Abhay Kumar Singh informed this saying Assistant Director Head Quarters 17 Corps Lt Col G. K. Rao had come to honour the boy with a Rs.10,000/- cheque and a certificate of appreciation.  Yakub’s parents were also called on the dais, he informed.
