Attack on CM Hemant Soren’s convoy: Main accused Bhairav Singh gets bail from High Court

Ranchi: Bhairav ??Singh, the prime accused in the attack on Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s convoy, has got bail from the Jharkhand High Court. During the hearing in the High Court held 1 week ago, the court had summoned the case diary of this case from the police. Advocates Vibhas Sinha and Arpan Mishra appeared on behalf of Bhairav ??Singh before the court. The matter was heard in the court of Justice R Mukhopadhyay. Bhairav ??Singh’s lawyer told that the court has granted bail to Bhairav ??Singh in view of the custody period. Along with this, the court has held that this attack was not premeditated.

The state government’s advocate had strongly protested before the court.

The advocate had said that Bhairav ??Singh has attacked CM Hemant Soren’s carcade and it is a very serious crime. On March 24, the trial court of Ranchi, while giving its verdict on the bail plea of ??Bhairav ??Singh, had refused to grant bail and the petition of Bhairav ??Singh was dismissed. Bhairav ??Singh has filed his bail application in the top court of the state after the lower court rejected the bail plea.
