Let us tell you that on the day of the last hearing, the removal of encroachment in Balalong village of Dhurva, in Dhurva, was banned till Monday in connection with the campaign against encroachment by the Ranchi district administration in the court of Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court Dr. Ravi Ranjan and Justice SN Prasad. was given. The court had directed to submit the documents related to the proceedings taken so far by the district administration in this matter in the court.
Seven others, including Vijay Kumar, have filed a petition in the High Court. During the hearing, the advocate of the plaintiffs Samagra Bhanjdev told the court that they have not received the notice related to the removal of encroachments from the Nagdi CO After this the district administration issued a notice and list in the newspapers to vacate the said place. This has not been followed by the procedures of Jharkhand Public Land Encroachment Act. After the name appeared in the newspaper, other people including the plaintiff had submitted the documents related to the land with the Nagdi CO But their side was not heard and the encroachment is being removed. The court said that before removing the encroachment, according to the Act, the district administration should have heard and only then the encroachment would be removed. After this, the court has stayed the removal of encroachment against seven people. The next hearing in the matter has been scheduled for Monday.
