Townsville, Sept 3: Australia speedster Mitchell Starc became the quickest bowler to complete 200 ODI wickets on Saturday. He achieved the feat during the third ODI against Zimbabwe, which Australia lost by three wickets. In the game, the left-arm pacer took just one wicket. He dismissed Ryan Burl in the 37th over of the innings and completed a total of 200 wickets in ODIs.
Notably, Starc completed 200 wickets in 102 matches and broke Pakistan spinner Saqlain Mushtaq’s record. Mushtaq had completed the feat in a mere 104 matches.

Moreover, Aussie Pace bowler Brett Lee had completed 200 wickets in 112 games while South Africa’s Allan Donald did it in 117 games.
