New Delhi, Sep 21: Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi was informed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Thursday that sanctions against three former railway officers had also been received from the relevant authority.
Geetanjali Goel, a Special CBI judge, took note of the submission and scheduled the case for Friday, September 22, on the point of cognizance of the chargesheet.
Rabri Devi, Tejaswi Yadav and others are also allegedly involved in the crime, according to the CBI.
D P Singh, a special public prosecutor, informed the court and filed the Prosecution sanction acquired against three former officers.
Prior to this, the CBI had obtained sanctions from the Home Ministry against former Union Railway Minister Lalu Yadav in connection with a new Chargesheet in the suspected land for job scam case.
In the purported Land for Jobs scam case, the CBI has filed a chargesheet against former Union Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, along with Tejashwi Yadav, the Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar.
