New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a 24×7 Post-Result Support for Students service to assist students following the declaration of board exam results, offering tele-counselling, stress management guidance, and help with assessment-related queries.
Toll-Free Helpline Now Active
CBSE has activated a toll-free tele-counselling helpline number 1800-11-8004, available round the clock. Through this helpline, students can connect with experts for support on mental stress, exam results, and evaluation-related concerns.
Official Email IDs Released for Direct Contact
In addition to the helpline, CBSE has also released official email addresses for students to send their queries and concerns directly. Students can reach out at info.cbse@nic.in and resultcbse2026@cbseshiksha.in for prompt assistance.
Aim of the Initiative
CBSE stated that this initiative has been launched with the goal of providing students with timely guidance and quick support in the period following their results, ensuring that no student feels isolated or overwhelmed during this critical phase.
