Ranchi, April 5: A day after Congress Jharkhand-in-charge Avinash Pande expressed his dissatisfaction with performance of their party legislators working as ministers in the Hemant Soren cabinet, BJP state president and Rajya Sabha member Deepak Prakash sought clarification regarding the performance of ministers.
Pande made his remark yesterday in an interview with a Hindi daily.
Prakash said that Pande had supported the allegation of the BJP taking the performance of the state ministers.
He said that on the one hand the chief minister does not get tired of boasting about the successes of his government, on the other hand, the Congress in-charge is calling the government a failure. In such a situation, he said, the public has been misled once again. “After all, whose words should the public trust,” he questioned.
Congress state in-charge Pande has alleged the BJP of being a party of dictatorial attitude. On which Prakash said the Congress party itself is a factory of dictatorship. “Dictatorship is in the DNA of the Congress. The history of the Congress is replete with the dictatorship of a particular person and family of the party,” he said.
He said that the party had earlier insulted many senior leaders of their own party like Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Narasimha Rao. He said Manmohan Singh was humiliated for 10 years by the Super PM. The crown prince of the party exposed the dictatorship of the family by publicly tearing a cabinet decision.
Prakash said that by imposing emergency, the Congress party has shown the gruesome form of dictatorship in the country. Press restrictions were also imposed. It was this Congress that got the newspaper offices attacked. The President’s rule was imposed in the state by toppling the democratic governments elected more than 90 times in the country.
