Ranchi: On the information of the Special Branch, the police arrested Abhishek Dubey, Amit Singh and Nivaran Prasad on charges of conspiracy against the government and sent them to jail on Saturday. According to the information, first of all, in this case, the Jharkhand Police arrested Abhishek Dubey, a resident of Ratu Road. During the interrogation conducted by the police, Abhishek Dubey had talked about the involvement of Amit Singh and Nivaran Mahto, residents of Bokaro district, in this case.
After which the police called both the accused from Bokaro to Ranchi. Looking at the security point of view, Bokaro police brought both of them to Ranchi. The police interrogated both the persons, on the basis of the evidence found during the interrogation, arrested both of them.

The three arrested accused have admitted during interrogation that these people were trying to provide cash by contacting people associated with politics. Jharkhand Police is engaged in verifying the identity of all the people associated with this case. The process of investigation of all the documents and electronic devices recovered from the arrested accused is going on.
Has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days
Abhishek Dubey, Amit Singh and Nivaran Prasad Mahato, the three accused of conspiring to topple the state government, have been sent to custody after they were produced before the Judicial Magistrate of Ranchi Civil Court. Ranchi Police produced the three accused before the Judicial Magistrate in-charge at their residential office. After this, the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in-charge Ajay Kumar Gudiya has sent the accused to judicial custody. The three accused have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
