CRPF sub-inspector found dead in sleep in Palamu

Daltonganj, Dec. 24: A  55-year-old sub-inspector of 134 battalion of the CRPF, identified as Bhupinder Singh Yadav deployed at Dagra camp under the Chhatarpur sub division of Palamu was found dead in his sleep this morning.

Commandant of the 134 battalion of the CRPF here in Daltonganj Sudesh Kumar said our men at Dagra camp found him dead this morning.

There was a tea call and Yadav didn’t appear for it which led his other men to find out what happened to Yadav and to their horror and shock Yadav was found dead and cold, said sources.

The deceased hailed from Jaipur in Rajasthan.

Commandant Sudesh Kumar said Yadav was under ‘low medical category’ as he was hypertensive.

He was rushed to the sub-divisional hospital Chhatarpur where the doctor declared him brought dead.

The post mortem was conducted in the Medinirai medical college hospital in Daltonganj today.

A doctor requesting anonymity said the leakage of blood in the brain on this cold night could be a reason behind such death in sleep.
