Cruise Drug Case: Bombay HC grants bail to Aryan Khan and two others

Mumbai, Oct28: The Bombay High Court on Thursday has granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. However, the operative part of the order is likely to come tomorrow morning.  Aryan Khan and two iothers will remain in jail,  Until the court gives the operative part of the order.

Notably, Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan has been lodged in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail since October 8 in this case along with another accused Arbaaz Merchant. Whereas, Munmun Dhamecha is at Byculla Women Prison. Aryan was accused of possessing and using drugs under the NDPS act.
