Mumbai, Oct 11: The bail application of actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan will be heard in the sessions court today. An application was filed by advocate Satish Manshinde on his behalf in the special NDPS court on Saturday. Arbaaz Merchant’s lawyer, will also file his bail application in the sessions court today. Apart from these two, the bail hearings of Munmun Dhamecha, Vikrant Chhokar, Gomit Chopra, Ishmeet Singh Chadha, Mohak Jaiswal and Nupur Satija can also be heard today.

According to the information, NCB may oppose Aryan’s bail on the basis of interrogation in front of Achit Kumar who was arrested for supplying drugs. Today, NCB has also summoned film producer Imtiaz Khatri, close to Aryan, for questioning. Khatri’s house and office were raided by NCB for eight hours on Saturday. However, Imtiaz Khatri has sought exemption from NCB today citing personal reasons.

NCB has arrested another foreign national from Goregaon in the cruise drugs case. The investigating agency has recovered a large quantity of cocaine from him. NCB said that the accused is a citizen of Nigeria. His name is Okaro Oujama. According to the NCB, this foreign national is an important link in the drugs case. He will be produced in court today.

In addition to this, the NCB had on Saturday questioned Shahrukh’s driver for a long time. According to the information, the driver has admitted that he dropped Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant at the cruise terminal. Based on the statement of the driver, NCB will oppose Aryan Khan’s bail in the court. Notably, 20 people have been arrested so far in the cruise drugs case.
