Daltonganj, Nov.27: DC Latehar, Abu Imran, and SP Anjani Anjan today inspected the helipad at village Mangra where Chief Minister Hemant Soren is to arrive by chopper on November 29 to attend the marriage ceremony of the daughter of the Manika Congress MLA, Ramchander Sigh.

MLA Ramchander Singh informed that the helipad is close to his native house at Mangra and the field where this helipad is situated has been used in the past when the then CM Madhu Koda had arrived for a marriage function in his family.

When asked about the volume of gathering on the day the CM will arrive, the MLA said: “I have invited the entire people of my constituency. I have invited my critics. I have invited my supporters.”

“How can I afford to overlook anyone no matter if he is my detractor even,” he added

Mangra village has a railway station too and chances of the MLA’s guests coming and going by the shuttle trains is also there, said the MLA’s family sources.

The MLA’s most trusted man, Mumtaz Khan alias Netaji, is looking after all the arrangements from reception of the VVIP to the feast for the folks. Ramchander Singh said the arrangements have been made keeping in mind the vagaries of the winter and the climate.

Sources said it will be a tough time for the police to maintain car parking, rogue in the gallery if any and a rush of people to get closer to the chief minister.
