Deoghar, June 16: A modern check-in system has been installed at the Baba Baidyanathdham Temple’s entry point for pilgrims who use the ‘Shighra Darshanam’ coupon. With the installation of this device, a pilgrim can pass through the gate in as little as 7-9 seconds.

On the ground floor of the administrative building of the temple, ten systems have been installed. It is estimated that at least 50 pilgrims will pass by in under a minute based on a basic calculation.

Since before and even after COVID-19, the popularity of ‘Shighra Darshanam’ has been on the rise.

The administration has been challenged not only by the large audience but also by the issue of fake Shighra Darshanam coupons.

According to reports, the Deoghar administration will benefit from the installation of such a system because it will allow them to solve multiple concerns at once.

Ravindra Singh, the managing director of Telecom Elections, told lagatar24.com that all of these are the same as the check-in booths deployed at metro stations across the country.

Meanwhile, improvements in providing facilities for pilgrims are being made under the supervision of Deoghar DC Manjunath Bhajantri.
