Dhanbad Diamonds registered a commanding 7-wicket victory over Santhal Strikers in the Jharkhand T20 Cricket League, chasing down a target of 183 in just 18.4 overs with opener Vikas Kumar Vishal playing a match-winning knock.

Santhal Strikers lost both openers with just 32 on the board after being put in to bat. Kumar Suraj (41) and Arvind Kumar steadied the innings, with Arvind playing a blazing 62 off 41 balls featuring 9 fours and 4 sixes. Sumit Kumar (25 off 16) and Anmol Raj (24 off 15) also contributed in the middle order as Santhal posted 183 for 6 in 20 overs. For Dhanbad, Vivekananda Tiwari took 2 wickets for 33 runs in 4 overs, with Manishi also picking up 2 wickets.
Vikas Vishal’s Brilliant Chase
Vikas Kumar Vishal and Aryaman Sen (32) gave Dhanbad a solid start. Vishal was the standout performer, scoring an unbeaten 79 off just 56 balls with 5 fours and 4 sixes, while Aditya Singh contributed 39 off 32 in the middle order. No Santhal bowler could contain the Dhanbad batting lineup as they reached 185 for 3 in 18.4 overs to seal the win comfortably.
