Director Aditya Dhar’s action thriller Dhurandhar has taken the box office by storm, delivering one of the strongest 10-day performances in Indian cinema. With its latest earnings, the film has shattered its own records and surpassed major blockbusters including Jawan, Pathaan, Animal, RRR, Baahubali 2 and Kantara: Chapter 1.

Record-Breaking Second Sunday Performance

According to Sacnilk, Dhurandhar earned an astonishing ₹59 crore on its 10th day — the highest-ever 10th-day collection for any film. This follows a strong Saturday haul of ₹53 crore, taking the domestic total to a massive ₹351.75 crore in just 10 days.

In terms of Day-10 earnings, the film outperformed:

• Jawan – ₹31.8 crore

• Pathaan – ₹14 crore

• Animal – ₹36 crore

• Pushpa 2 (Hindi) – ₹46 crore

• Baahubali 2 – ₹34.5 crore

• RRR – ₹20.5 crore

• Kantara: Chapter 1 – ₹14.25 crore

Storyline and Performances Win Audience Praise

Starring Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna, the film is set against the backdrop of real gang wars in Karachi. Built around the fictional ‘Operation Dhurandhar’, the narrative blends powerful action, emotional depth, and layered character arcs.

Akshaye Khanna’s portrayal of gangster Rehman Dacait has become a standout highlight, with viewers praising how the character gradually earns empathy despite his dark past.

Global Box Office Collections Soar

Worldwide, Dhurandhar had collected ₹446.25 crore within its first nine days. Early estimates suggest that the 10-day global total has crossed ₹520 crore. The film has already amassed approximately ₹110 crore from overseas markets alone, underscoring its global appeal.
