New Delhi, March 25: Rahul Gandhi claimed on Saturday that he was not worried and did not worry about being disqualified or being arrested while speaking to the media, one day after being disqualified from Lok Sabha MP for Kerala’s Wayanad.

“I am not afraid and I don’t care about being disqualified for life or being jailed. I will keep doing my work. Will keep questioning PM Modi and Adani’s ties. I will continue to fight for the truth, which has now become my motto,” he said.

Rahul Gandhi took aim at Prime Minister Narendra Modi today and declared that his exclusion from the Parliament has not discouraged him. He also said that PM Modi is scared of his speech on Adani and that is why, he was disqualified.

“My job is to defend the democratic nature of the country which means defending the institutions of the country, defending the voice of the poor people of the country and telling people the truth about people like Adani who are exploiting the relationship they have with the PM,” he added.

This is the whole drama that is been orchestrated to defend the Prime Minister from the simple question- Who's Rs 20,000 crore went to Adani's shell companies? I am not scared of these threats, disqualifications or prison sentences: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi pic.twitter.com/ohlZCzfwQs
