The new incumbent Dr Dharmender Kumar in his address outlined his priorities.

He said discipline on the campus will be an uncompromising issue. Praising Dr Nagesh who had put a 21-day embargo on some medicos for their erratic and irresponsible behaviour, he added ‘the tough stand that his predecessor took can be set as an example.’

Dr Dharmender Kumar said he is occupied with the issue of 70 per cent vacancy in different faculties of this medical college and so he, along with his colleagues would strive hard to get these vacant posts filled up at the earliest.
