Jamshedpur, Dec 1: All 24 districts across Jharkhand would witness dry and clear weather today, said a forecast issued by IMD’s Ranchi Met Centre.
The Met office also predicted a drop in minimum reading by two to three degree Celsius after the next 48- hours.
Early morning fog and mist would continue to prevail in isolated pockets of the state for the next five days. Statistics revealed that Daltonganj and its adjoining areas recorded around eight degree Celsius today.
The minimum reading fluctuated between 11 and 12 degrees Celsius at Ranchi, Simdega and several other places today.
Weathermen said no significant synoptic situation prevails over Jharkhand and that north-westerly winds dominated the state.
IMD issued a forecast of fog and mist in the morning and mainly clear sky later and dry weather most likely for the rest of the week. The forecast says there is no large change in day temperature during the next days over the state.
