Ranchi: Cricket fever has gripped Ranchi ahead of the India vs South Africa ODI scheduled for November 30 at the JSCA Stadium. Although ticket sales were set to begin at 9 AM today, fans began gathering outside the counters late last night, forming long queues well before dawn.

Fans Camp Overnight To Secure Tickets

Several cricket enthusiasts, especially youngsters, reached the stadium late at night to avoid the morning rush. Many stayed through the night outside the JSCA Stadium, determined to be among the first to buy tickets. By early morning, the area was already crowded with long lines stretching outside the venue.

Tight Security Arrangements For Crowd Management

In view of the swelling crowds, authorities have implemented strict security measures. Additional police personnel have been deployed across the stadium complex and surrounding areas. Barricades have been set up for crowd control, and police are closely monitoring parking zones and entry routes to ensure smooth movement.

Six Ticket Counters, One Exclusively For Women

The JSCA Stadium has set up a total of six ticket counters for offline sales. One dedicated counter has been arranged exclusively for women, ensuring convenient and hassle-free access to tickets.
