New Delhi, Oct 25: As India wrapped up yet another antitrust investigation this month, Alphabet Inc.’s Google was fined 936 crore ($113.04 million).
On Tuesday, the Commission of India (CCI) fined goggle for the second time within a week, taking the total penalty to Rs 2,274 core, for misusing its dominant position with regard to Play Store policy and ordered the tech giant to stop engaging in unfair commercial practises.

Notably, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) penalised it $162 million on Thursday for engaging in anticompetitive behaviour in relation to Android.
