Hazaribagh Municipal Corporation installs weed harvester machine worth Rs two crores

Ramgarh, Sept 6: The Hazaribagh municipal corporation purchased a weed harvester machine worth Rs two crores on Monday which be used clean the Hazaribagh Lake under ward number 04. It was inaugurated by Mayor Roshni Tirkey.

The mayor said that with the introduction of weed harvester machine, a permanent solution for cleaning the lake will be possible. The machine is capable of cleaning the lake during the day as well as at night. Talking about its capacity, it can filter and separate the seawall, hyacinth, plastic spread in the lake.  At the same time, a shallow root that is 10 feet can be uprooted.  

 

 

Local Councilor Anil Prasad, who was present on the spot, said that the proposal brought by him in the last board meeting has been made possible by the will of the Municipal Commissioner of Hazaribagh Municipal Corporation, Prerna Dixit. 

On the spot, Ward No. 3 Councilor Vijay Prasad, Ward 27 Councilor Soni Kshetra Krishna, Ward 20 Councilor Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Ward 24 Councilor Dilip Kumar Saw, Ward 23 Councilor Mona Devi, Ward 29 Councilor Meena Prajapati, Kuldeep  Krishna, Santosh Kumar, Junior Engineer Sanjay Singh Arun Kumar Verma and a large number of municipal families and dignitaries were present.
