Ramgarh, Sept 16: A bus and a trailer collided in Danua Ghati of Chauparan police station area of ??Hazaribagh district on Friday morning due to which one person died while five sustained injuries.
The deceased was identified as the cleaner of the trailer. All the injured were admitted to the nearby hospital for treatment.
The police reached the spot and started an investigation as soon as receiving the information.
Ishwar Nand Shambhu, the station in-charge present on the spot, informed that all the injured were taken to the CHC at Chauparan with the help of local residents.
According to information, the bus was going from Kolkata to Banaras when the trailer collided with it in the Danua Valley.
Long queues of vehicles were stuck on both sides of the road after the accident. However, the police carried out relief work and normalised the traffic soon.
