Hazaribagh police nab four TPC militants, recover pistols and bullets

Ramgarh, Sept 10: Four militants of the banned organization TPC were arrested by the Hazaribagh Police with the help of the CRPF 22 Battalion on Friday.

According to the information, Hazaribagh Superintendent of Police (SP) Manoj Ratan Chothe was informed about some members of the squad of the banned organization including Area Commander Dinesh Ji alias Ravi hiding in Bundu village under Keredari police station.

After this, a team was formed under the leadership of Barkagaon and Keredari police station in-charge and a search operation were conducted in the said area.

During the search, Sanjay Karmali, Pankaj Kumar Karmali, Sanjay Kumar Turi and Prabhat Kumar Ram were arrested. Police also recovered two country-made pistols of 315 bore, one pistol of 7.62, one bullet of 7.62, 17 live bullets of 315 bore, two motorcycles and 5 mobiles from them.

The SP said that with this arrest, the activities of the banned organizations going on in the area will come down significantly.
