Ranchi, Nov.7: BJP state president and Rajya Sabha member Deepak Prakash participating in a programme to stage a demonstration against the ‘failure’ of the state government in Dumaria block of East Singhbhum district said that Chief Minister Hemant Soon will soon become a ‘former chief minister’.
Mentioning failures of the Hemant government, Prakash said that the state government has achieved power by misleading the people of the state and by making false promises in its manifesto. He had said that the JMM government has promised 5 lakh jobs and assured Rs 5000 per month to graduates and 7 thousand rupees to post graduates as unemployment allowance besides waiver of loan upto Rs 2 lakh on farmers, free electricity but none of the promises has been fulfilled so far.
Prakash said the JMM government instead of permanent jobs is snatching even contractual jobs given to poor tribals and backward people in the state. He said that the people of the state are angry with the Hemant government and do not want to see water, forest and land being looted.
He said the Hemant government has set a record of corruption and a scam of Rs 1000 crore has been exposed in one district. He also expressed his concern over the security of women and reiterated the party’s commitment to continue agitation till ouster of the JMM government in the state.
