Ranchi, Nov 7: Minutes after the Supreme Court rejected the two PILs, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren commented on his Twitter handle that truth always triumphs.
The twin PILs 4290/21 and 727/22 are related to shell companies and Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren availing stone mining lease in his name. The petitioner Shiv Shankar Sharma had demanded CBI inquiry into these matters. However, legal experts think that the judgment has brought only partial relief to him.
Hemant Soren who was in Jamshedpur as part of Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar laid the foundation stone of as many as 230 schemes, including a flyover and the construction of the medical college in Jamshedpur.
Hitting hard at the BJP, Soren said that the opposition was acting as a gang. He alleged that the constitutional bodies are being misused to topple his popular government. He warned all such persons and forces will be given a befitting reply.
He said that the conspiracy of the BJP has been exposed one by one.
“One by one the whole conspiracy of BJP against Jharkhand is getting exposed. The Opposition has been destroying Jharkhand for the last 20 years. The opposition is acting like a gang. The Opposition feels that they will be successful in conspiring against the government elected with the blessings of the people of the state by misusing the constitutional institutions. Jharkhand is the land of heroes, here the plans of the feudalists can never succeed,” he said.
Talking about the developmental agenda and the achievements of his government, Soren said that his government took steps to strengthen the rural economy. He added that quality changes are being introduced in the education system as the government is going to make a law to provide financial assistance to the students of Jharkhand who are desirous of pursuing higher education. He also took credit for declaring 1932 as the cut off date for the local residence policy and 27% reservation to the OBCs.
