New Delhi, March 23: The Income Tax Department raided Hero MotoCorp Chairman and Managing Director Pawan Munjal’s Gurugram office and apartment. The raids have been going on since the early hours of the Wednesday morning.
According to the sources, the search will include properties tied to the company’s top leaders.
The raids follow the discovery of undeclared cash worth more than 25 crore and jewellery worth 5 crore by the income tax department at 45 locations throughout Delhi-NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Lucknow, and Indore of a renowned real estate firm in North India.
