New Delhi, Oct 14: The Election Commission of India (ECI) announced on Friday the schedule for the upcoming assembly elections for state. The election for the state’s new government will take place on November 12.
The counting of votes will take place on December 8, and the results will be announced the same day. Notably, Himachal Pradesh has total 68 assembly constituencies, with 35 being the majority mark.
