New Delhi, Feb 21: The Income Tax department is conducting raids at packaging company Uflex Limited, covering 64 different locations across the country on Tuesday.
The website for UFlex describes the company as a global supplier of packaging solutions. In addition to Jammu and Kashmir, searches are being conducted in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh.
If there are any tax-related or financial misappropriation claims against the business, they have not yet been made public.
