Jamshedpur, April 11: IMD’s Ranchi Meteorological Centre today predicted 3-4°C rise in most parts of the state in the next 72-hours.
Weathermen ruled out rain or thunderstorm activity in the next three to four days. “The maximum temperature will continue to witness a rise,” said a duty officer at IMD’s Ranchi Met Centre.
Dry weather prevailed over the state during the past 24- hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 38.5°C was recorded at Jamshedpur while the lowest minimum temperature of 20.5°C was recorded at Simdega.
Weathermen predicted mainly clear sky and dry weather in the next few days with a gradual rise in maximum temperature. According to the forecast cloud formation and thundershowers is expected around April 14.
