Indigo to start flight service from Delhi to Deoghar on July 25

Ranchi, June 30: Indigo will start its flight service from Delhi to Deoghar and Deoghar to Delhi from July 25.

 

A tweet by Godda MP Nishikant Dubey informed this.

 

“Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji’s unique gift, good news IndiGo will start its flight service from Delhi to Deoghar and Deoghar to Delhi passengers from July 25,” Dubey tweeted tagging Minister of civil aviation Jyotiraditya M. Scindia and Indigo chief Rahul Bhatia.

 

Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi will inaugurate Deoghar airport on July 12.

 

In the wake of the inauguration programme organised during Shravani Mela, officials of Airport Authority of India (AAI) and Jharkhand government today visited Deoghar to take stock of the preparedness and necessary security arrangement.

 

The officials apart from visiting the airport also visited the temple and Deoghar college premise as the PM is expected to offer prayer in the temple after formal inauguration of the airport and then address a public meeting in the college premises.

 

Prominent figures noticed during the inspection included Jharkhand chief secretary Sukhdev Singh, AAI chairman Sanjeev Kumar, civil aviation secretary and Jharkhand police chief Neeraj Sinha. The officials offered prayer in the temple after the inspection.
