Investors’ meet tomorrow before auctioning 42 plots in Ranchi Smart City

Ranchi, Oct.1: An investors’ meet will be organised at Hotel B.N.R.Chanakya to make investors aware of the Smart City project in the city and the benefit of having a plot in the city for their growth in business.

 

It is an exercise before the e-auctioning of 42 plots in the ABD region of Smart City expected soon. The meet will start at 11am and continue till the reply of queries of investors.

The total area of 42 plots is 218 acres.

On March 9, the first stage of e-auction process concluded. At that time investors were invited for auction of as many as 51 plots but due to strong conditions of e-auction  only 9 plots could be concluded. As many as 42 plots could not be auctioned, as the number of bidders remained less than three during the bidding process against the rule set for e- auctioning.

Those who got plots of residential purpose include, Malti Residency Infra Projects Pvt Ltd (5.47 acre),  Manikaran Excel (5 acre), Chalice Real Estate (11.57 acre), Big Realtors JV (11 acre), Chalice Real Estate (11.57 acre), Chalice Real Estate (11.65 acre) and Big Realtor JV (7.5 acre).

Those who got plots for mix-use include Chalice Real Estate (2.16 acre), Malti Residency Infra Projects Pvt Limited (1.9 acre) and Manikaran Excel (2.13 acre).

An area of 58 acres was auctioned for six residential plots and three mixed-use plots. Ranchi Smart City Corporation got Rs 410 crore as revenue from this auctioning.

After Bhopal, Ranchi remained the second smart city among 100 cities, which could earn revenue in such a big amount in the first stage while only 9 plots could be auctioned.
