New Delhi, Oct 11: The total combined number of casualties resulting from Hamas’s unprecedented assault on Israel and the subsequent aerial strikes in Gaza has now surpassed 3,000 thus far.
Israel is planning to intensify its attack by beginning a ground offensive in Gaza in addition to its ongoing airstrikes as the conflict with Hamas terrorists enters its fifth day.
The Israeli military is deploying its personnel in southern Israel, and additional reserve forces are being activated, accompanied by the deployment of substantial military equipment.
The Israeli Defense Force has declared that they have reestablished authority over southern Israel, which shares a border with Gaza. The Israeli army has taken charge of numerous local areas and roadways in the vicinity after regaining control of Gaza’s border regions previously held by Hamas militants, which have witnessed several fatalities since the Palestinian group initiated its offensive.
The airstrikes conducted by Israel during the night were said to have focused on the residence of Mohammad Deif, the Hamas military commander’s father, in the Qizan-an-Najjar area of Gaza.
The Israel Defense Force stated that the first American aircraft carrying ‘advanced’ ammunition had landed at Nevatim Air Base in Israel.
