Jamshedpur : Tata Steel organized the second edition of the SHE Excellence Awards 2021 to recognize the contribution of pioneers, evangelists and super sustainability champions in the journey of safety, health and sustainability. In this announcement made on the virtual platform, the Apex Safety Torchbearer Award was given to the IBMD Marketing and Sales and Coal Safety Area Implementation Committee. At the same time, Spares Manufacturing of Shared Services Division, Jamshedpur was awarded with Apex Health Torchbearer Award. Jamshedpur Tata Steel’s sinter plant has been awarded the Environment Excellence Green Award. Apart from this, Safety Evangelist Award was given to three employees and Super Sustainability Award to one employee.
