Jamshedpur, Oct 29: In recent days, a wave of terror by thieves has gripped Jamshedpur. Just a few days ago, there was a major theft of lakhs in Pramathnagar, Parsudih. Once again, a house in Bagbera has fallen victim to a theft.

The incident occurred in Bagbera Badauda Ghat, Royal Colony. Thieves have stolen valuables worth lakhs from Amit Kumar’s house. Amit learned of the theft on Sunday morning around 10 o’clock when he woke up. He found that the entire house was in disarray, and a theft had taken place.

He immediately informed the police about the incident. Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation.

Amit mentioned that he works as a collection agent. Every day, all the family members would wake up by 5 am, but today, they all woke up at 10 am.

Upon investigation, it was discovered that cash amounting to Rs 50,000 and jewellery worth Rs 3 lakhs, along with some clothes, had gone missing from the house.

Amit explained that the thieves entered the house through the neighbour’s roof. His father was sleeping in one room, while in another room, he and his mother were asleep. In the meantime, the thieves likely sprayed something through the window to carry out the theft.

Currently, the police are investigating the case.
